DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Medical Center Hotel & Suites

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the hotel is very close to the medical center area, but far from much else of traveling without a car (to no fault of the hotel, Houston is a large city). For those seeking treatment at any of Houston’s top rated medical facilities, this is the perfect stay. The highlight for us was the transportation. The shuttle service was efficient, and the driver we had each time (Rowdy) made sure we were comfortable and arrived to our destination safely and efficiently each time. We enjoyed our experience, but Rowdy is certainly the reason we’ll return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Medical Center Hotel & Suites thanks to Ali. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Ali went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that my stay was comfortable. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and Ali definitely represents the hotel very well. Thank you, Ali, for making my visit smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the hospitality!

Really enjoyed this hotel. They give you a warm cookie when you check in, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a problem with the hot water in my room, but they immediately sent someone who fixed it right away. The breakfast buffet is pretty good for the price, and there was a really nice server named Maria. Overall, great value.

An excellent experience all around! Hotel staff is super friendly and accommodating. Lovely room with extremely comfortable beds and plenty of space. Hotel has pool and a bar, and also serves breakfast for around $10.

I always feel like a good air conditioned room is just cold and fresh. This room felt like you could feel some of the humidity. It was kind of weird. Aside from that, it was great! Loved the shower products they provide, and cookies at the desk. A shuttle rns every hour on the hour to MD Anderson, although we did walk there a couple of times. Great location to the hospital and to lots of restaurants (further walking, but not outrageous unless it's sumner temps).

This is our 4th stay for visits to MD Anderson. We get a package with a suite with parking and breakfast included, because we have to stay multiple days. It is well worth it. We have had comfortable and clean rooms, above and beyond friendly and helpful service. It is an easy walk to appointments. We have felt safe outside. We have made some happy memories and made new friends for such a difficult time in our lives.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Medical Center Hotel & Suites, and I felt compelled to leave a review — specifically because of one outstanding staff member. Domingo Luebano from the security team truly went above and beyond for me. During a very busy time at the hotel, he took the extra effort to help me with an issue and even located something I had lost and accidentally left behind. He absolutely did not have to go out of his way the way he did, but he chose to — and that level of care and professionalism really stood out. It’s employees like Domingo who make a huge difference in a guest’s experience. Having staff members who genuinely care, take initiative, and treat guests with kindness is invaluable. His actions reflected extremely well on this hotel and made my stay that much better. Thank you to the entire team, but Specifically* to Domingo! For showing what true hospitality looks like. It does not go unnoticed. I hope your higher ups see this as well! Good credit where it's due!

Rowdy our driver is amazing! Hands down the most friendly, helpful and attentive driver. I enjoy our morning and evening rides they are always smooth a punctual. He’s a great conversationalist and was willing to learn what we were studying to be more inclusive and I love it! Great experience!
